Warranty - ClearMax™

TYPE OF CONTAINER

Indoor Use Container:

The above stated product, when delivered to you in new condition, in the original container, is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for the life of the product with respect to the workmanship on the welds, subject to manufacturer’s inspection. Normal wear and tear or abuse is not covered. Powder coating is warranted for 5 years for cracking, peeling or fading. Chips, scratches, scuff marks or rust are excluded. Wear and tear is subject to manufacturer’s inspection. Defective parts will be replaced with new or comparable rebuilt parts when returned to Resourceful Bag & Tag, Inc. Warranty replacement shall not extend the original warranty period.

Outdoor Use Container:

The above stated product, when delivered to you in new condition, in the original container, is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for the life of the product with respect to the workmanship on the welds, subject to manufacturer’s inspection. Normal wear and tear or abuse is not covered. Powder coating is warranted for 3 years for cracking, peeling or fading. Chips, scratches, scuff marks or rust are excluded. Wear and tear is subject to manufacturer’s inspection. Defective parts will be replaced with new or comparable rebuilt parts when returned to Resourceful Bag & Tag, Inc. Warranty replacement shall not extend the original warranty period.

Marine Use Container:

The above stated product, when delivered to you in new condition, in the original container, is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for the life of the product with respect to the workmanship on the welds, subject to manufacturer’s inspection. Normal wear and tear or abuse is not covered. Powder coating has no warranty for cracking, peeling or fading. Galvanized Steel finish is warranted for 5 years. Chips, scratches, scuff marks or rust are excluded. Wear and tear is subject to manufacturer’s inspection. Defective parts will be replaced with new or comparable rebuilt parts when returned to Resourceful Bag & Tag, Inc. Warranty replacement shall not extend the original warranty period.

DECALS

The above stated products, when delivered to you in new condition, in the original container, are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase as follows: defective parts will be replaced with new or comparable rebuilt parts when returned to Resourceful Bag & Tag, Inc. Normal wear and tear or abuse is not covered. Warranty replacement shall not extend the original warranty period.

In order to obtain warranty service, please call Resourceful Bag & Tag, Inc. at 1-800-872-8241, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Note that dated proof of purchase is required at the time of service. Providing a copy of your dated, paid invoice will satisfy this requirement.

Package and send the product(s) (at your cost), together with your dated proof of purchase and complete explanation of the problem. The products covered by this limited warranty will be repaired or replaced and returned to you, without charge, by Resourceful Bag & Tag, Inc. Repairs not covered under this limited warranty will be charged to you at such cost as Resourceful Bag & Tag, Inc. may from time to time generally establish.

RETURN POLICY

Call 800-872-8241 within 30-days of receipt to return unused product.

Restocking Fee: Our policy for restocking the ClearMax™ and related products is as follows:

The product must be in the original container.

The product must be in re-sellable condition / NOT USED.

A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged.

Customer must pay freight to return product to our distribution center.

This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the product and does NOT apply in the case of loss or damage to the product due to abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, improper use, accident, or failure to follow operating instructions.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLIES TO THE PRODUCTS EITHER DURING OR AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE APPLICABLE PERIOD OF EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, AND NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXCEPT AS MENTIONED ABOVE, GIVEN BY ANY PERSON, FIRM, OR CORPORATION WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL BIND RESOURCEFUL BAG & TAG, INC. (SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.) RESOURCEFUL BAG & TAG, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF REVENUES OR PROFITS, FAILURE TO REALIZE SAVINGS OR OTHER BENEFITS, EXPENDITURE FOR SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR SERVICE, STORAGE CHARGES, OR FOR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND EVEN IF RESOURCEFUL BAG & TAG, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, NOR SHALL RECOVERY OF ANY KIND AGAINST RESOURCEFUL BAG & TAG BE GREATER IN AMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY TO YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY AND TO OTHERS AND THEIR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF THE POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT NOT CAUSED DIRECTLY BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RESOURCEFUL BAG & TAG, INC. (SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.) THIS LIIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT OR THE PERSON FOR WHOM IT WAS PURCHASED AS A GIFT AND STATES YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
