ClearStream Billboard: Fundraising with Sponsorships
Sponsorship opportunities abound with the ClearStream. Adding a billboard sign makes the ClearStream a low cost advertising medium with high impact. With the billboard, you can produce the 17” by 11” signs as easily as printing a color laser copy. Sponsorships can pay for the containers. Sponsorships can also fund the hiring of supplemental event staff to service the containers.
One Transporter + 20 ClearStreams: $1350(freight additional)
A transporter with 20 ClearStreams is more than enough to service a medium sized event with a crowed of up to 3000 people.
"The City of San Jose has been using the Clearstream eco-stations (recycling, compost and trash units) for the last three years. We purchased transporters for the first time in 2009 in an effort to reduce the workload for our team. We typically use 60 to 80 sets of eco-stations at each of our large downtown events. Previously, we had to arrange for a truck to drop the units in place throughout a several block area. Now, we can send out multiple teams on foot with transporters to do the set-up. What used to take four to five hours now takes an hour and a half at most. The units roll easily and can be used to transport other supplies and equipment once unloaded, and storage of the stations on the transporters is a breeze."
